TriStar Appoints New Regional Director For Central U.S.

Phoenix, AZ – July 23, 2007 – TriStar Inc. is proud to announce that it has appointed Mat Andresen to the newly created position of regional director for the central United States, effective immediately. As regional director, Andresen will oversee all sales activities for the territory west of the Mississippi River and east of California, and will serve as a dedicated expert resource for customers in this region.

With the recent growth of the company, TriStar recognizes the importance of maintaining the same level of customer service on which it has always prided itself, while continuing to offer a growing line of products and services in order to meet the evolving needs of its customers. In the last year, TriStar, a PTC software and services provider and manufacturer of engineering workstations, has extended into the Canadian and Mexican markets, revamped its staffing and hardware divisions, and added new software products and a full range of product lifecycle management (PLM) services.

With his new role, Andresen plans to add more local support and mentor his sales team to better respond to customer requirements. He will work with TriStar’s vendors and partners to ensure that he and every team member is knowledgeable and up to date with the expanding line of products and services. He will also be responsible for making sure that each team member sets and achieves monthly and quarterly revenue goals consistent with the company’s corporate growth plans.

Andresen joined TriStar in January of 2005 as an inside sales representative and was promptly promoted to account manager, where his exemplary performance in both sales and customer service has led to his promotion to regional director. Before joining TriStar, Andresen held the position of vice president of sales and marketing at his previous company, and has an extensive background in MCAD software sales and support services.
